Delivery Details

We suggest that you do not schedule any installation work until a few days after the expected delivery date. This will enable you to resolve any technical questions or to order specific additional fittings as necessary.

1. Mainland UK delivery - next day!
   Order before 6:00pm and we will despatch your order for next working day delivery.
2. Delivery Options (remote, offshore & Northern Ireland)
   For remote areas, offshore and Northern Ireland - please allow 4 days for standard
   delivery.
3. Order Tracking
   You will be able to track your order progress through links to our website.
4. Returns
   1. You will need your order reference number and the details of the item to be returned.
   2. Email: andy@kwiknail.com
   3. Phone Customer Services on: 01332 865573. We will immediately arrange for collection of the item by one of our carriers.
   4. Return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the carrier. We will then despatch a replacement from our Distribution Centre or process a refund once your returns are received.
